Studio Classes

Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned yogi, we welcome you.

Mama Magic
Thursdays
8:45am - 9:45am

Children, moms, and dads of all ages and stages welcome. Prenatal and postnatal adaptations will be offered. Class will include a balance of vinyasa and alignment instruction.

Week 2: Lower back and Letting Go
Week 3: Pelvic Floor and Abundance
Week 4: Core and Finding Your Roots
Week 5: Backbends and Being Flexible
Week 6: Lower Body and Finding Your Strength

Little Sprouts
Thursdays
3:30pm – 4:15pm

Ages 4-7. With an empowering theme, children learn breathing and yoga exercises designed to help them self-regulate. All classes include: focus word, breathing practice, yoga poses, guided meditation, and relaxation exercise.

Week 2: Listening
Week 3: Bravery
Week 4: Flexibility
Week 5: Peace
Week 6: Strength

4:30pm - 5:30pm
